She is survived by: her daughter Carol Ray Carrico of Hurley; her grandchildren, James Siefert, Michael Jorgenson and Andrea Jorgenson; her children, Cyndi Carrico of Antioch, CA, Tyler Carrico and Kristie Velasquez; her grandson Antonio Bly (Linda Gooder); her sister-in-law Barb Butler; her nephews, Andrew Butler and Robert Butler of Nebraska; and her cousins, Lewis Pinn of Minden, NE, Helen Grothe of Colorado, Albert Reagal of New Orleans and Krystal Schneekloth.
