She was predeceased by: her parents, Hattie Mae Oswalt and Charles Oswalt; and her husband Harold Bailey. She is survived by: her children, Evelynn O. Elliott (Willard) of Pope, Linda Oakes (Robert) of Pope, Charles Thomas (Patricia) of Oakland, Raymond David Thomas of Oakland and James Thomas; and her siblings, Loyce Fuggitt of Overland Park, KS, Bill Oswalt and James Oswalt of Wichita, KS.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pope Baptist Church.
