She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Perkins and Elva Perkins; her brother Thomas Perkins; and her son Lee Roy McNeill. She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Phillips (Sam), Joan Clark, Jean McNeill and Jesica Dodson (Larry Rich); her daughter-in-law Patricia McNeill; and her siblings, Emma Lou Spire (John) and John Perkins (Donna). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; as well as several cousins, nephews, and nieces.
