He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Milton Mullins; and his brother Charles "Bubba" Mullins. He is survived by: his mother Jo Ann Shannon; his son Jeremy Mullins (Blythe); his grandsons, Reid and Gunnar Mullins; his brother Keith Sawyer (Carrie); his niece Monica Tucker; and his nephews, Brandon Sawyer (Jennifer) and Jacob Sawyer. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
