He is survived by: his wife Sunshine Arnold Ainsworth; his daughters, Trudy Glusenkamp (Kevin) and Fran Stevenson (Mark); his pet Doodle; his grandsons, Quinton Stevenson (Kayla), Ethan Stevenson (Deah), Sam Glusenkamp, Travis Stevenson and John Allan Stevenson; and his great grandchildren, Nora Stevenson, Nikki Stevenson and Lily Stevenson.
