He was predeceased by: his parents, Waddie Thomas Weir, Sr. and Pauline Maslen Weir. He is survived by: his wife Terri L. Cobb Weir of Newton; his children, Richard T. Weir (Tabitha) of Union, Justin T. Weir (Crystal) of Kissimmee, FL and Wanda K. Weir of Laurel; and his brothers, Levi Charles Weir, David Allen Weir and Larkin Weir. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
