He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Blackburn and Henry Clay Blackburn; his stepmother Mildred Blackburn; his brother James Blackburn; and his children, Kerry Howard and Keith Blackburn.
He is survived by: his sons, David (Barb Blackburn) and Brian (Terry Blackburn); his wife Dorothy Blackburn; his son Bruce Blackburn; his sisters, Mary Holland and Patricia DiMichele; his grandchildren, Tommy Blackburn, Sarah Clark, Jessica Blackburn and Clay Blackburn; and his great grandchildren, Elliott and Oliver Blackburn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
