It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth G. Walker (Newton, Mississippi), who passed away on April 17, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clint Gressett and Ludie Mae Daniels Gressett of Chunky, MS; her husband Onnie Walker; her son Jerry Walker; and her siblings, Dennis Gressett, Billy Gressett and Geneva Dorough.
She is survived by: her children, Wiley Walker (Linda), Sherry Hall (Brad), Paul Walker (Mae) and Jeff Walker (Julie); and her siblings, Inez Sims, Bonnie Simmons, Betty Crane (Tom), Vic Gressett and Larry Gressett (Minnie). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be recorded and uploaded to the funeral home's website and facebook for those who cannot attend services due to the pandemic of covid-19.
