With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Everett Chaney of Newton, Mississippi, who passed away on August 8, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Burie Everett and Annie Merle Edwards Everett; her husband L. C. Chaney; and her pet Macho. She is survived by: her children, Gail Waggaman (Greg), Rusty Hendrix, Tracy Griffin (Jim) and Jeff Hendrix. She is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
