It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Bounds (Newton, Mississippi), born in Allentown, Georgia, who passed away on May 15, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Bounds; her children, Joyce Elizabeth Ward and Harold Gene Bounds; her parents, Dewitt C. Arnold and Minnie Lee Nobles Arnold; and her daughter Joybelle.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lorene Chambers, Mattie Young, Myrtie Louise Douglas and Herman Leroy Arnold; her half-brother Vance Arnold; her stepmother Alma Arnold; her daughter Ethel Frances Bounds Glaze; her grandchildren, Ginger Amador (Glaze), Toni DeLancey (Glaze), Jack Ward Jr., Angela Doane (Ward), Jeannie Abell (Bounds) and Joannie Greene (Bounds); and her great grandchildren, Justin, Juliana, Jay, Leah, Gina, Claire, Libby, Kendra, Darcy, Jake, Karsyn, Avery, Brody, Evan and Ruby.
Due to the pandemic, there will not be a public/family burial.
