He was predeceased by: his parents, Waddie Thomas Weir, Sr. and Pauline Maslen Weir; and his brother Waddie T. Weir, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Jammie Killough Ramirez of Terre Haute, IN; and his brother David Weir of Orlando, FL.
