He is survived by: his wife Sara Foley; his son Ashley Scot Foley (Jill); his grandchildren, Lauren Foley, Lucas Harvey Foley and Lydia Foley; his brothers, Louis Foley (Stephanie) and Ronald Foley (Terry); his siblings-in-law, Jill Rush (Larry), Shirley Garvin, Jack Pennington (Gloria) and Mary Sue Mallett; and his uncle William Jay. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
