He is survived by: his wife Susan Dianne Gill Duke; his children, Darryl Michael Duke, Ryan Keith Ginn (LeeAnn), Wesley Monroe Ginn, Michaele Campbell (Ben) and Monica Mechell (T. J.); his sister Sherry Norton; and his grandchildren, Blade Mechell, Thomas Mechell, Jr., Victor Duke, Loral Ginn, Keelee Ginn, Lily Campbell and Eve Mechell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
