She was predeceased by: her husband J. P. Woodham, Sr.; her parents, Andrew Duke and Mary Lou Duke; her daughter Cathy Houston; and her siblings, Clarence Duke, Jack Duke, James Hardy Duke, Catherine Duke McMullan and Margarite Duke.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Woodham, Sr., Kay Moore and Johnny Woodham (Jimmie); her grandchildren, Richie Woodham (Jodi), John Woodham, III, Luke Woodham, Jamie Woodham (Lycrisha) and Numerous; and her sister-in-law Laverne Evans.
