She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Harrell and Mattie Ruth Harrell; and her husband W. J. Measels. She is survived by: her sons, Sam Measels (Emily) and Josh Kennedy (Nicole); and her siblings, Mary Boutwell, Cindy Strong and Dennis L. Harrell. She is also survived by five grandkids.
