He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe Dewitt and Sara Fullilove Gallaspy; his brother William David Gallaspy (Janet) of New Augusta; his sons, Joe Dewitt "Josh" Gallaspy III (Krista) of Ocean Springs and Luke Mason Gallaspy (Casey) of Hattiesburg; and his grandchildren, Joe Dewitt Gallaspy IV of Madison, Luke Mason Gallaspy II of Hattiesburg and Sara Mills Gallaspy of Hattiesburg.
