She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert Ray Howard; her parents, Melvin Grimes and Nora Grimes; her sons, Rodney Russell "Rusty" Howard and Danny C. Howard; her grandson Russell Chadwick Obe Howard; and her siblings, Dess Greenwood, Fred Grimes and Bill Grimes.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Harvey (Charles) and Scottie Howard; and her grandchildren, Damon R. Howard (Amy "Nikki"), Casey Coats (Greg), Summer Storm Howard (Joshua Luke Beasley), Timmy Harvey, Tina Beard, Samantha Howard, Swade Howard, Tiffany Howard, Jamie Howard and Robin Deen. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren.
