He was predeceased by: his parents, James Abner and Catherine Fillingane. He is survived by: his significant other Nettie Fillingane; his daughters, Martha F Clark (Harlon) of New Augusta, Shelia K. Fillingane of New Augusta and Denise F. Collier (Ricky) of New Augusta; his grandchildren, Chris Clark (Jessica), April Bryars (Thomas), Brandon Collier (Britney), Aaron Collier (Elizabeth) and J. T. Collier; and his siblings, Margaret Walters of Janice, Sarah Fillingane of Janice, Ed Fillingane of Petal and Dan Fillingane (Fern) of Janice. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
