With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Marie McCardle of New Augusta, Mississippi, who passed away on November 20, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas H. "PeeWee" McCardle; her parents, Lloyd Shimp and Alma Shimp; her brother Edward Shimp; and her stepfather Harvey Myers.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Hartfield (Dewayne) of New Augusta, Traci McCardle of New August, Crystal Crawford (David) of Petal and Dirk McCardle (Selena) of Stringer; and her siblings, William H. Shimp of Brooklyn, MS and Virginia Rigby of Brooklyn, MS. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
