He is survived by: his wife Saundra Lewis; his daughters, Ashley Lewis of Olive Branch, Lisa Foley (David) of Blue Springs and Shelia Kelly (Shaun) of New Albany; and his brother Thomas Lewis (Jean) of Myrtle.
