It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Reaves of New Albany, Mississippi, who passed away on April 30, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Howard Reaves and Nancy Elizabeth Tigner Reaves; his brothers, Newton Reaves and Josh Reaves; and his nephew Richard Reaves.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Reaves; his children, Kenneth Reaves (Vanessa) of Mathiston, MS and Wanda Dains (Ronnye) of Dumas, MS; his sister Martha Linville of Ripley, MS; his grandchildren, Will Dains (Michelle), Ethan Dains, Mackenzie Teer (Caden), Alyssa Willson (Patrick) and Kaleb Reaves; and his great grandchildren, Kylie Dains, Brooke Dains, Grayson Dains, Bryson Dains, Emma Willson, Freya Willson and Harmony Davis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
