He is survived by: his mother Sue Fellows Hall of Kansas City, MO; his girlfriend Melissa Fort; his daughter Candice Kandoff (Kyle); his sisters, Dani Hall-Smith (Matt) and Scherlyn "Scheri" Enright (John); his nephew Keegan Smith; and his close friend Kevin Grisham.
