He was predeceased by: his parents, Candler B. Dunahoo and Minnie Hall Dunahoo; his wife Zelma Jesteen Dunahoo; and his siblings, Helen Bryant, Houston Dunahoo, Bill Dunahoo and Joel Timothy Dunahoo.
He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Dunahoo McKissick (Gary) of Saltillo; his grandchildren, Tabitha Gillentine (Pate), Cecily McLarty and Bentley Pannell (Haley); and his great grandchildren, Lanna Pritchard (David), Mason Gillentine, Payton McLarty, Libby Kingsley, Levi Kingsley, Lincoln Pannell and Amelia Pannell.
