She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Willis David "Bill" and Velma Johnson Christy; her husband Tommy Underwood of New Albany; her children, Shay Roberts of New Albany, Adam Roberts, Sandy Cornet of Killeen, TX and Shirley Montes (Carlos) of Pontotoc; and her siblings, Janice Christy Ecklein (Rick) of Salem, SD, Nita Christy Robbins (Phil) of Pontotoc, Kay Sloan Matkins (Billy) of New Albany, David Christy, Leonard Christy and Willis Calvin "Bill" Christy. She was also cherished by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
