It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard Irwin Callicutt (New Albany, Mississippi), born in Union, Mississippi, who passed away on August 13, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, L. V. Callicutt and Cilla Irwin Callicutt; his sisters, Helen Holland and Louise Liddell; and his nephews, Sam Liddell, Scotty Swann and Gary Utley.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Swann Callicutt; and his nieces and nephews, Diann Swann of Thaxton, Kada Stephenson (Chris) of Oxford, Brittney Nelson (Adam) of Phoenix, John Charles Swann, Robbie Swann, Steven Utley and Mark Utley. He is also survived by his many friends and family members.
