He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Browning and Hattie Sue Browning (Blackard); and his siblings, Mickey Browning and Melissa Cox. He is survived by: his wife Linda (McMillen); his children, Marty (Patty), Kim Hardin (Brad) and Todd (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Daniel (Lacie), Kelly Byrd (Brandon), Hannah, Taylor and Annalynn; his great grandchildren, Gabbie and Harper; and his siblings, Dean (Diane), Randy (Sherryie), Pat Ragsdale (Jerry) and Joy Salmon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
