He is survived by: his brothers, Jessie Jr. Smith (Barbara) of Myrtle and James Thomas Smith (Rosie) of Hernando; and his caregiver D. D.. He is also survived by animals and sharing time with his family and nursing home friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 at the New Albany Funeral & Cremation Care (608 W Bankhead St, New Albany, MS 38652).
