He was predeceased by: his parents, Hendric Mayes and Flora Mae Butler Reed. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Daniels Reed; his children, Sarah Kwok (Lawrence) of Vancouver, Canada and Nathan Reed (Bailey) of Ingomar; his sisters, Deborah Chism (Doc), Shirley Chism (Cotton) and Barbara Harrison (Wayne); and his granddaughter Mamie Ann Reed. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
