He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Shettles and Lula Shettles of New Albany, MS.; and his siblings, Mildred Provence, Austin Shettles and Billy Shettles.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Shettles; his children, Billy Wayne Fogerty (Vickie), Judy Fogerty Wendland (Jim) and Carol Fogerty Borgstadt (Ted); his grandchildren, Brandon Fogerty (Lesha), Karah Fogerty Davenport (Casey), Clayton Etchison, Sam Borgstadt (Caroline) and Cole Borgstadt; and his sister Jean Duell of Ball, Louisiana..
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Eagle Heights Baptist Church or The Brandon Burlsworth Youth Center in Harrison, AR.
