He is survived by: his wife Jo Lane Lewis; his children, Kimberly Vines (Bob) and Allen Lewis (Misti); his grandchildren, Kenneth Killinger, Mathew Adam Lewis and Lauren Vines; his siblings, Joyce Bishop, Tammy Dillard and James L. Lewis; and his mother-in-law Nora Lee Frazier. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
