She was predeceased by: her parents, James William May and Myrtle Foster May; her husband Julius M. Franklin; and her siblings, Elizabeth Bramlitt, Gladys Sanders, Geneva Adams, Vera Rowe, Paul May, J. W. May and Buddy May.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Tyer (Titus) of Baldwyn, MS, Jeffery Franklin (Rhonda) of New Albany and Dale Franklin (Tabitha) of New Albany; her sister Sue McDonald of Keownville; and her grandchildren, Matt Tyer, Emily Wilkerson, Zack Franklin, Jordan Franklin, Jessica Wilder, Anthony Gannon, Ethan Criswell and Alex Criswell. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
