He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Hanibal Hall and Willie Mae Wilhite Hall; and his wife Kaye Eaker Hall. He is survived by: his daughters, Dana Hall Siniard and Kristen Hall Richey (Drew); his sister Dorothy Hall Melson; and his grandchildren, Hayes Richey (Faith), Dillon Richey, Owen Richey, Grace Siniard and Graham Siniard.
