He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Milam Sr. and Myrl Smithey Milam of New Albany; his grandparents, Dalton, Era Smithey, Dolth and Pauline Milam; and his uncle Paul D. Milam.
He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Milam Brown of New Albany, Connie Milam Lee of Chicago, IL and Ralph Milam Jr. (Sandra) of New Albany; his nieces, Cresta Brown Clark (David) of Calhoun City, Heather Brown Winders (Ric) of New Albany and Angela Milam Atwell (Justin) of Kansas City; his nephew Andrew Milam (Lisa) of Union County; and his aunt Virginia Burks (JB) of Etta.
