He is survived by: his children, Randy Green of Tupelo, MS, Reggie Lipsey (Elke) of New Albany, MS, Cedric Lipsey (Georgina) of New Albany, MS, Tracy Lipsey (Anthony) of New Albany, MS and Stacy Lipsey of New Albany, MS; and his siblings, Alvis Lipsey of New Albany, MS, Mary Montgomery of New Albany, MS, Queenie Harris of East St and Evelyn Toney (Lorenzo) of Milwaukee, WI. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
