He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Wood Thompson; his children, Tonya Jane Thompson Nichols (Keith) of New Albany, Billy Wayne Thompson (Crystal) of New Albany, Danny Tracy Thompson, Jr. (Deanna) of Booneville, Johnny Lynn Thompson (DeeAnn) of New Albany and Ronnie Joe Thompson (Michelle) of New Albany; and his siblings, Janice Smith (Carol) of Anna, IL. and Frank Merrit Thompson, Jr. of Aurora, IL.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
