He is survived by: his wife Betty Lewis Lee; his sons, Steven Glenn Lee (Amber) and Jeffrey Scott Lee (Robin); his grandchildren, Jonathan Lee (Summer), Nathan Lee (Quitley), Lauryn Cayson Savannah (Seth), Mason Lee (Grace), Madisyn Lee, Madalynn Lee and Haley Lee; and his great grandchildren, Caroline Lee, Charly Cayson, Collins Lee, Elizabeth Turner, Ivy Kate Lee, Rowan Turner, Oliver Lee and Emersyn Rosalene Cayson.
