He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Bailey and Flora Wise Bailey; his wife Mary Ellen Williams; his sons, David Bailey (Dee Dee) of Philadelphia, MS and Brad Bailey (Kelly) of Columbus; his granddaughters, Morgan Jay (Caleb) of Philadelphia and Mary Margaret Hanna (Andrew) of New Orleans, LA; his great grandchildren, Lucy Jay and James Hanna; his sister Joyce Gentry (Dwight) of Sulligent, AL; his cousin Robert Shettles of New Albany; and his parents-in-law, Janie Bell of Tupelo, Marie West of Mooreville, Kenneth Williams (Patsy) of Tupelo and Linda Hall of Oxford, MS. He was also cherished by relatives and friends.
