She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Whitehorn and Janie Brownlee Whitehorn; and her husband James "Butch" Tapp. She is survived by: her sons, Keith Coffey (Kim), Bradley Coffey, Jeffrey Coffey (Johnna) and Jason Coffey (Melissa); her sisters, Sherry Wilson (Steve) and Janice Hill (David); and her stepmother Ann Whitehorn. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
