She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil H. Edwards; her parents, Charles Henry Leach and Ruba May Hickerson Leach; and her daughter Brenda Louise Jarvis. She is survived by: her children, Paula Dettor (Joe), Diane Burns (Lonnie), Jimmy Jarvis (Christel), Michael Jarvis (Regina) and Chuck Edwards (Hope); and her siblings, Frances Mayo (Jimmy), Judy Pannell, Darlene Horton, Debbie Leach, Rebecca Faulkner, Billy "Butch" Leach and Rickey Leach.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the United Funeral Service, Inc. (700 MS-15, New Albany, MS 38652).
