He was predeceased by: his father Kelly Mixon; and his aunts, Rita Fair and Brenda Hawkins. He is survived by: his mother Linda Aimes; his son Chase Mixon (Emmalee); his brothers, Chris Fair (Kim) and Brandon Fair (Tasha); his grandfather James Mixon; his granddaughter Hasleigh; his girlfriend Wendy Perrigan; and his stepchildren, Layla Perrigan and Brooks Meisenholder. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
