He is survived by: his daughter Beverly Hester; his brothers, Johnny Todd of Florida and Ricky Todd of Florida; his grandchildren, Justin Hester (Jasmine), Brady Hester (Marlie), Lauren Gilmore (Connor), Ricki West and Devon West; his great grandchild Livi Kate Hester; and his close friend Peggy Ryan.
