She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Moore and Girtrue Moore; her husband Billy; her son Roger; and her brother Wayne Moore.
She is survived by: her friends, L. E. and Mary Shaneyfelt of Hartsville, AL.; her son Tommy Hawkins; her daughter-in-law Patti Hawkins of Nettleton; her grandchildren, Will Hawkins (Kayla) and Makenzie Hawkins Sullivan (Dalton); her great grandchildren, Addie of Nettleton, Ava of Nettleton and Hudson Hawkins of Nettleton; and also, Leitha Judkins of Nettleton, Lynn and Ann Hester. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
