He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Overton "Dick" and Margie Faye Young Pennington; and his brothers, Charles Larry Pennington and Bobby Pennington. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthea Holland (Brian), April Pennington (Allen Smith), Amber Pennington, Autumn Pennington (Micky Walton) and Ashley Lee Lann (Patrick); and his sister Barbara Ann Miller. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
