He is survived by: his children, Michael Brandon Hendrix (Samantha), Jason Dewayne Hendrix (Christie) and Kristy Michelle Hendrix; and his brothers, Mark Hendrix (Angie) and Chad Hendrix (Belinda). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
