He was predeceased by: his siblings, Artis, Calvin, Velcie Sullivan and Edna Estes; and his parents, George Carlos and Estelle Rhudy.
He is survived by: his significant other Betty Dickerson Rhudy; his children, Merlene Partridge (Bruce), Terry Rhudy (Lisa) and Christie Rhudy Lee (Tony); his grandchildren, Kevin Rhudy (Kristen), Victoria, Karen Rhudy Herndon (Daniel), Chip Partridge (Leslie), Madison, Wesley Lee (Brianna), Mason Lee (Jessica) and Jayce Lee; his great grandchildren, Maddox Herndon, Grey Herndon, Lexi Herndon, Klara Rhudy, Kadence Rhudy, Kamden Rhudy, Hailey Partridge, Ches Partridge, Oliver Lee, Weston Lee and Beckett Lee; and his siblings, G. C. Rhudy (Jane), Wayne Rhudy (Wanda) and Lottie Stephens (Bill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID and an abundance of concern for the family, it is requested masks be worn and social distancing guidelines be observed.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the American Cancer Society, or to a charity of choice.
