He was predeceased by: his sister Daisy Rogers; and his grandson Jesse Ray Dykes. He is survived by: his daughter Keri Ables Dikes (Justin) of Nettleton; his brother Harold B. Ables (Jane) of New Albany; and his grandchildren, John Eric, Waylon Able and Wyatt Jace Dykes.
