He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Debusk Cunningham. He is survived by: his father Bobby Cunningham (Pam) of Fayette County, Ala.; his wife Kaitlyn Cunningham; his daughter Caleigh; and his siblings, Kelly Gambrel (Tammy Burkholder) of Montgomery, Ala., Eddie Cunningham (Lisa) of Coal Valley, Todd Cunningham (Johnny) of Galesburg, Ala and Ill. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
