He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Langley and Alice Gertrude Langley (Garrett); and his siblings, Allen, Jimmy Langley, Charlene Forrester and Minnie Jane Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Langley (Scribner); his daughters, Kristy Scruggs (Richard) and Ginger Green (Chris); his sister Mary Elizabeth Kennedy; his grandchildren, Cody Dickerson, Dylan Scruggs (Taylor), Brayden Scruggs, Bella Scruggs and Karmen Dickerson; and his great grandchildren, Jasper, Shiloh, Ansley, Ruger, Casen and Myla Pearl. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
