He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Morris, Sr. and Lavelle Morris (Rhudy); his former wife Hazel Curry Morris; and his grandson John Thomas Dabbs. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Morris (Patterson); his daughters, Mandy Jackson (Mitchell) and Brandi Dabbs (Steven); his grandchildren, Christin Graves (Garry), John Evan Jackson (Kayla), Dawson Dabbs and Everett Dabbs; his great grandchildren, Wen Graves, Hazel Graves, Gea Vivian Graves, Livi Jackson and Fisher Jackson; and his sister Peggy Harlow (Bud). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
