He is survived by: his wife Wanda Ann Moore (Sullivan) of Nettleton; his son David Moore (Lori) of Nettleton; his grandchildren, Lauren Burt (Michael), Chris Moore (Hope), Leevi Moore and Braley K. Moore; and his great grandchildren, Maddie Burt, Owen Burt and Coleton Moore.
